I was referred to Select Physical Therapy to start the process of healing a work injury. From the initial phone call through my first visit, everyone at Select has been kind, caring and concerned; I appreciate that level of care. Both therapists are awesome and take the time to explain what they need you to do and why you are doing it. They check to make sure that the exercises and treatment aren’t pushing limits and will modify them accordingly. I would definitely recommend Select Physical Therapy to anyone who needs physical therapy to improve their health!

Both Alyssa Thompson and Nicole Sulham are great at what they do! I have a fractured femur and they're making my goal towards walking normal again a reality.

Select PT Vista is such a nice location and Nicole is a fantastic PT! She is a truly gifted, experienced, and caring PT, I have been with her for over a year. The facility is great with easy parking. Highly recommend!
