Mary and her class are such a gift to this world - especially to those who are braving their own healing journey. I’ve been lucky enough to take a few breath work classes with Mary, which have been nothing short of absolutely transformative in my life. Mary has a natural ability to make you feel safe and open, and guides you through an incredible experience with the most genuine kindness, intention, and peace. I have told literally every human I know to go and see her and take her class. It’s really that special.

I recently completed the 6 week zoom Breathing Beyond Grief program with Mary Stockton. To say this work is powerful is an understatement. I was blown away by the depth of healing and the insights I received. Mary expertly guided me thru every step with so much love and caring. I felt seen, held and heard. Her warmth and caring,compassionate nature came through loud and clear even though we were on zoom. The program is so professionally put together with a Manuel and website full of valuable resources. I feel I now have practical tools to Practice the art of forgiveness. What a life changing gift this program is. In my sessions with Mary I felt supported and safe to be vulnerable. I cleared a lot of mental/emotional clutter that was impacting my relationship with one of my sons. Within a week of completing my sessions my son and I sat down for an unexpected hour of fun, easy yet meaningful conversation! It happened organically without me having to create that time. I learned a lot about how I process my grief and how I sabotage myself. Mary taught me plenty of tools to redirect that self sabotage in the future. I’m so grateful I signed up for sessions.
