We will be life long customers of Yingst! About 6 months ago, my 4 yr old Maytag washer gave out. Tired of the poor quaity of the Maytags that are sold these days, I wanted to consider buying SpeedQueen washer at Yingst. Casey helped with the purchase and he took lots of time to explain how SpeedQueen washers work differently than Maytags and led me to the right washer for my needs. The SpeedQueen washer was more expensive than the Maytags I have owned (which I already knew), but my last few Maytags each lasted just a few years and their wash cycles were very long making laundry a timeconsuming task. This SpeedQueen is fast, quiet and worth every penny! Casey sure knows what he's talking about!

Today, I returned to Yingst because my 4 yr old Maytag Dryer was making very strange noises. Wayne helped me and said that it probably just needed to be serviced (other stores would have tried to sell me a new dryer!). He walked me down to Candy's office and we set up a repair appointment for a few days later. About 15 mins later, Candy called me and said that they could send someone today because they had finished another repair close by. Evan came out and solved the dryer's problem in about 10 mins and the service call was amazingly affordable. Over the course of two visits to Yingst, I've dealt with 4 employees and they were all professional and extremely honest! Please give these folks your business!

Yingst is a great place for appliances. The showroom doesn't seem overly big from the outside, but they do have a great selection. And they have a second building for overstock and service. They are very friendly and welcoming. My only "complaint" is the parking lot is small.
