“Employees are generally pretty nice. Overall the care is good. The one drawback, however, is it is owned by a big corporation. As such, they can tend to overlook things in order to save money. This is an older property and needs some attention. As a case in point, there are about 170 residents here. There is very little outdoor space to speak of, just a few sad umbrellas, providing almost no shade -- and it gets HOT in Vista. The facility desperately needs to invest in purchasing updated outdoor furniture and canopies. Much of the shade is taken up by employees on their break - they should defer to the sickly patients who need fresh air! Also security here needs to be tightened up. There's no receptionist after 5 pm.”

“After caring for my disabled aunt on my own I realized that she needed more care than I could give her. After searching for a better fit I found Forest view. The home is warm and welcoming. The ladies that live there are always smiling and doing different activities. The property is beautiful with lots of animals and a great view. They are always working to improve the home. Carey and her husband are very attentive and they truly care about the needs of their live in guests. My aunt is happier than she has been in years. I highly recommend Forest view.”

“This facility has been under new ownership for almost 3 years. My dad has been a resident for 8 months. Since he has arrived, he now sleeps through the night, eats almost every meal served, and laughs a lot with the staff who calls him papa. He receives regular baths, a shave and nail trimmings. The large open area affords him views of the hills and birds outside. I appreciate that his room is always clean. The staff and management are quick to respond to any needs or questions. They are working through some remodeling right now, but are very sensitive to the residents' schedule and peace. This is a welcoming and warm environment. Many times I have seen workers just sit and hold the hand of various residents during a quiet evening. It truly is a family environment.”

Every time he opened the door he did so with a smile and wanted to get to the bottom of my health concerns just as much as I did. Tara Clancy is a STAR! I feel so heard whenever I see her. Both of them together make a really great team and I would highly recommend either of them.”

I Normally cannot stand this franchise at other locations but always go when I have a vacation or special occasion planned and need a spray tan, I found myself at this location while visiting my parents. I really was impressed with the staff. A very professional and engaging group of young women! I was so happy with my experience I finally signed for the unlimited monthly plan.
