Standing up straight and not having pain in my lower back was amazing to see immediately but I also have more energy in the afternoons when I used to be so sluggish and sleepy. I sent my husband and daughter in and they both had very positive experiences also. My husband was very fearful of chiropractic in general but now he is a true believer. The doctor and receptionist are wonderfully nice people and put everyone at ease. It is a comfortable environment and the hydro-bed is to die for. He thinks he can help my asthma but this is yet to be seen but I admit I am only two sessions in. I recommend this Chiropractor to everyone whether you need help or not. Nothing wrong with a tune up now and then :)”

“My daughter recently graduated from next steps therapy and they are one of the best therapy clinics in the county. The clinic itself is spotless, tons of fun therapeutic play areas and toys that my daughter loved, she was so excited to meet with her therapists each week and they created such a safe, and fun environment for her. “I cannot say enough good things about counterstrain or this practice! I have a genetic condition that causes many, many issues with things like my joints, posture, gait, muscle spasms, inflammation, and instability in the spine. Traditional physical therapy was barely helpful, and other techniques like craniosacral therapy can't compare at all to the counterstrain technique. My entire body has changed since starting to see Mark at this practice. My posture is better, it's easier to breathe, I walk more naturally. And this all happened within a few sessions. I was actually shocked. It has been amazing and life altering. Counterstrain can even help with things like digestion, lymphatic drainage, and inflammation. I am beginning to wonder what it can't do! Mark has been so great to work with. He is very kind, approachable, and puts you at ease. He clearly cares a lot about the people he is helping.
