“My husband I lived here for about 4 years, we found this place when my job relocated me from LA county. It's in a great area, close to the freeway (but you can't hear it) close to plenty of stores and less than 15 minutes from the beach! The whole staff from office to maintenance were great the whole time we were there. Always very quick to respond to any needs or questions we had. We definitely would've stayed longer but after have a newborn we wanted to be closer to family. Thank you Sofi team!!”

Neighborhood is quiet and location is great, very close to Walmart, target, the gym, etc. Terry and Alice at the office have always been kind and accommodating. The guys in maintenance are great and always come quick. My only complaint would be parking. You only get 1 assigned parking spot so if you have more than 1 car you’re kinda SOL. Parking is hard after about 5pm especially near our building. Other than that I would recommend living here.”
