Without hesitation, I will tell you that the La Costa branch is the finest, friendliest bank I have ever visited. I actually look forward to going to this branch. The staff is truly customer-oriented in many ways. They make sure there are sufficient tellers so that the line moves fast. Perhaps I visit the branch more often than most (2-3 times per week), and every time I receive a wonderful greeting when I enter the building. I find them very efficient and pleasant to work with. Even other branches of Wells Fargo cannot compare. The management at the La Costa branch has hired and trained well. There truly is a focus on the “Customer First” attitude.
