“So in my last review of a place on Google I mentioned that I almost never do this. I think that's still true because this is the first review I've written in over a year and these guys deserve it. My mechanic is not far from here, and I happened upon the car wash because it was a TLC day for my car having just been at the mechanic for some maintenance. At first I was skeptical due to the share of 1-star reviews but, given the otherwise stellar rating and the new ownership, I took a chance on this car wash. I have been looking for a decent car wash for a while now in San Diego, specifically one that came just short of a detail at a good price...because I like inexpensive things. I was over the moon with the job they did. Like other reviewers have noted, Steven is incredibly nice and runs his business like he genuinely cares about your experience. His staff were super polite and great at their jobs. Curtis nailed it! I was the kind of person that was loath to spend $8 on the deluxe automatic car wash, but Steven talked me into dropping $30 for their gold package and knocked it out of the park. They assured me that they would do their best to tackle to tackle the ridiculous amount of dog hair that I had in my vehicle and they made good on it. Best $30 I've spent on my car.”
