We told them what “look” we were going for and they pulled out samples that best met our needs and budget. We chose a waterproof luxury vinyl plank that looks great down ! They were reliable and reasonably priced. Since they knew we lived 2 hours from the condo we were renovating, they agreed to retrieve the key from our program manager, which I’m guessing was a bit of a hassle, but they did so without a complaint ! - they did a great job without needing us watching over them.... glad we trusted them ! Our new flooring from Star gave us the updated look we were hoping for.”
