Definitely enjoyed our time here! Fun drinks with board game names, lots of games to choose from for all interests, and great pricing ($7 unlimited play time). My significant other and I love going to board game cafes at home or during travel! Highly recommend this place! Nice to not be required to spend a certain amount depending on how long we stay!
They have a big variety of board games to choose from, the food and drinks are great! I always come with my significant other to stick around while he plays Magic The Gathering tournaments here since it’s the best place in San Francisco. Easy access by bus and the store is spacious. Great environment to play and hang!
Cute board game cafe with a nice waffle-themed menu. Their waffle sandwiches were pretty good (tried the Chicken Coup), and their drink menu includes lots of creative drinks named after board games (got the Gloomhaven black sesame latte and Letter Jam strawberry milk drink, both were excellent). They had a nice variety of board games of varying difficulties.
Our group had to wait for a table because we showed up on a Friday night and it was already very busy, so maybe plan accordingly if you don’t want to wait. Otherwise it was a very fun and unique experience! They have many games for sale in addition to games that you can play there.
The food is very good, we got waffles with chicken, banana/Nutella, and strawberry. They have mochi inside of them and are gluten free so that’s good if you’re celiac.
Really unique experience in SF. The waffles were delicious. The board game variety is great and there are plenty of tables to play inside. Four stars because the $7 per-person game fee is a bit high taking into account food/drink spend.
