  Elaine is wonderful! My chronic pain is so much more manageable with the yoga practice that she has taught me. I have been able to work it into my busy home/work life and well as used it daily when traveling.

  Elaine is an amazing yoga instructor! She is able to create a personalized program that addresses your needs AND that is enjoyable and relaxing. She is a wonderful listener, and is incredibly well trained in the ways a yoga practice can address various physical/emotional issues. She is been very helpful to me and other chronic pain patients.

  My daughter and I are working with Elaine on our posture habits, and she is just the best. Really patient with me, and just great with my 12-year-old. She gives us easy-to-follow instructions for exercises to do at home, and we see a big difference. Her knowledge and expertise is not something you find in most yoga classes. This work has also informed my yoga practice and taken it to a deeper level. Thank you Elaine!

  Elaine is Fantastic! We have had several one-on-one appointments re my lower back issues. She listened carefully and crafted a yoga program designed to help me manage the symptoms. She is extremely knowledgeable about body mechanics and can explain things simply. I was provided with "notes", "drawings" and "videos" that I can use at home to continue my practice. I have been encouraged by her to do my exercises several times a day -- which I thought would be difficult, but, it has been easy. She has given me "tips" for navigating my daily activities and stretches that I can do in "the real world" and no one can tell I'm doing them. I feel very fortunate to have been introduced to her and look forward to continuing my work with her. She is a Treasure!!!

  The one-on-one attention from private therapy with Elaine is truly worthwhile. Elaine is a very patient teacher - she cheerfully answers my numerous questions around the objectives of yoga poses and how to relieve body pain. She challenges me while making me feel comfortable.
  
  Elaine is diligent and genuinely cares about improving my well-being. She thoughtfully identifies a few priority areas based on my body pains and customizes the session to cater to my needs.
  
  I saw immediate, tangible results after the first session. Elaine taught me how to take fuller, more effective breaths and do downward dog in a way that lengthens my back. I am excited to learn more from her.
  
  I highly recommend Elaine!
