Excellent service received today when a tenant's hot water heater had to be replaced. Worked easily with tenant for scheduling and then with me for payment. On time, professional, work done quickly. Clear communication from start to finish with prompt callback.

I called in the morning and spoke directly with the owner, Miguel, who was very responsive. His team came out same day and replaced my water heater. They were timely, professional, and reasonable. I will definately use Mainline Plumbing again!

Mainline is one of the best plumbers in San Joaquin County! They are so responsive, quick to the job and extremely professional. They are our go to vendor at my job and I rely on them for so much for every type of plumbing situation and even if they cannot help, which is rare, they are honest and forthcoming. Mainline is wonderful! We had an extremely high gas bill and were told from an inspector at PG&E that we had a slab leak going on. So I sought out a plumber and Miguel contacted me and was able to get me an appointment for the next day. Miguel and Carmelo came out, in the time window we were given, and they were able to tell us in 5 minutes that we didn’t have a slab leak. Miguel was great at showing us all of his findings and explaining everything to us in an understandable manner. They inspected the water heater and heating unit just to be sure there wasn’t a gas leak going on. They were very honest and didn’t try to solicit any unnecessary testing or work. I will definitely be using Mainline in the future.
