“This past month we sadly had to have our senior Guinea Pig, Casper, put down at Lathrop Vet Center. The technicians went above and beyond to make our last moments with him as peaceful as possible. Since then they've continued to amaze us, we have received condolence cards in the mail, even a notification that a tree was planted in Casper's memory!! We have never been treated with such compassion and caring from a vet clinic to this extent before. They really deserve all the praise in the world here. Thank you so much for all that you do!! They did so well under pressure with a line all the way to the door and cars wrapped around the building. Was not rude at all despite dealing with rude customers.
