Melvin assisted me in finding the right mattress especially because I was on a budget he helped me find the right bed for me that was comfortable and within budget for me and as well as included a warranty. I am super pleased with the service I received from both Melvin and sleep first. If you’re ever in the area and looking for a good bed you’re at the right place!
(June 22, 2023, 1:52 pm)It was a great experience. As soon as we walked into the establishment the store manager, Melvin, immediately greeted us. He was very attentive and made sure to listen to our needs and not just sell us a product. He took the time to explain the differences of each of the mattresses and he gave us the opportunity to try each mattress out so we would make the best choice. He was kind, warm, respectful and knowledgeable. I would definitely go back next time I need to buy another mattress.
(June 14, 2023, 10:28 am)We're very pleased with the purchase experience with Sleep First. The sales person, Melvin, guided us through different mattresses styles. He listened to our preferences and did not up-sale us. We are happy with the one we chose. The delivery guys are courteous and prompt.
