Shane guided us through the session and the various exercises thoroughly and was quick to correct or suggest modifications as needed. I also felt like he didn't try to do too many things or complicate the session. He kicked my butt but I enjoyed it. Shane is also just really fun, light hearted and motivating. For anyone out there looking to get in shape and have it be an enjoyable process: this guy. I can imagine he'd be great for all fitness levels as well.”
