(April 15, 2023, 9:32 pm)I had a knocking sensation on one of my wheels. Another shop recommended new struts.. I took it to break masters. For a second opinion. As soon as I arrived, The mechanic greeted me at the parking lot. I do apologize I am bad with names. But I want to say a shout out to Nick. As soon as he came up to the wheel he identified the problem and gave it to me straight. For a fraction of what the other mechanic shot was gonna charge. I cannot tell you how much I appreciate the level of professionalism and honesty they show every time I go there. I have used them in the past. But now. I will use them all time. Keep up the great job
(March 20, 2023, 3:41 pm)Was told I need rotor and brakes from a different location and found that I just need a broken sensor replaced. I saved $500 and plan on going back in a few months to get my break done. Thank you guys for your help and courtesy.
