Kaylee and Elizabeth were great! They helped us with our selections and were able to lock in the pricing which is constantly changing these days.

Kaylee is hands down my favorite. She helped me when I came in with an idea in my brain and helped me find flooring I wanted in a great price. When it came to insta and there was some confusion she took the issue by the reigns and found a solution that made this customer very happy.

Also Jeremy was great at explaining things in detail and was always willing to work with me and answer my plethora of questions along the way.

We built a new home 2020/2021 and bought all of the hard flooring from LL in Fenton. John was the sales reps name and he did an awesome job on our LARGE order. We had no issues getting returns made/credited, no problems getting the correct material ordered and in stock, and they were very helpful with our material does our indoor steps.
