Come in with an open mind and leave your ego outside and you will grow as your own person. No one in this place is trying to be better then the other person, they are just trying to be better themselves so they can help other people in their journey for self improvement. If you're shy or nervous, give this place a shot and in time you'll realize that they started with that same mentality, they just continued to show up. A black belt is just a white belt who never gave up.

(June 18, 2020, 9:05 pm)CAMA is the best! What I appreciate most about this academy is the personal attention that the students receive. The drills are appropriate and get the students warmed up and flexible to be able to practice the skills. The team/family atmosphere is very evident as the students and parents and friends are supportive and encouraging of one another. Master C, Miss. Tina and Mr. Ismael are really good with the kids and teens and instill respect and integrity of the martial arts. My nephew (11 yrs old), and God son (7 yrs old) have attended the Taekwondo class for a year so far and look forward to their classes. My pastor, his wife and their adult son also attend here; the son completed his black belt with CAMA and now assists with the children's classes. Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, women's self defense and other classes are also offered here. I highly recommend this place to anyone considering the martial arts and anyone looking for a supportive team and great workout.
