My mom doesn’t like needles much but the petite Hispanic( I can’t remember her name but had really good hair and hair clip )in the lab made it quick and my mom said she barely felt the pinch because of her keeping conversation and comforting and distracting her from what was going on. “I have had the pleasure of being a patient of Dr. Primack for about 12 years. I cannot express my sincere gratitude to him for helping my heart and I . I recently went into the Stockton office as he also has an office in Lodi, for some testing. My first test was a heart ultrasound with Chris as my technician. I felt very uneasy knowing I had to do this test with Chris. But within a few seconds Chris was explaining in a very calm manner how the procedure would go. We proceeded. My ultrasound went off without a hitch. Thank you Chris, you are an amazing gentleman. My next test was an EKG with Molly. What a sweet pea!! She explained everything about the test and what she would do and we proceeded. She asked if I knew about Afib and I confirmed. I was in Afib at the time. She contacted Dr. Primack immediately. A medication change was needed. Thank you Molly for being low key about my Afib. You made me feel safe and secure. My last test was the carotid with Ms. Gigi. Ms. Gigi is a beautiful person inside and out. Pleasant, explained exactly what she was doing and we talked about the migration of the animals in Africa. She made me relax, feel safe and secure and I got to see some real animals from Africa. I would love to go see the migration one day. My success depends on these people. They work very hard for me and I appreciate them immensely. Dr. Primack is an amazing doctor. I knew from my first visit back in the day I would have him as my cardiologist for as long as I possibly could. He has a calm and sensitive demeanor. He explains my heart health to me each time and every time. I also enjoy his Lodi people as well. They are courteous, helpful and kind. Thank you again to you Dr. Primack and you should be so proud of your staff, I sure am. Thank you 🙏🏼”
