Dealing with Tracy Volkswagen was a good experience. Being a buyer in San Jose I was a little nervous about trying to buy a vehicle over an hour away but Mr. Curry helped me calm my nerves in no time. He provided all the info I needed along with pictures of everything and I mean everything. Once we were in the dealer we had no surprises, no arguing, no awkwardness. I would recommend this dealer to my grandmother.

Geno was a great salesman. He was patient, knowledgeable. I felt no pressure to make a fast choice. Finance guy was also helpful, friendly and non- patronizing. We left the dealership after about 2 hours and Geno delivered my car about an hour later. When I had concerns re: technology, all questions and concerns were addressed and answered to satisfaction in a timely manner. This was probably the most laid-back and pleasant car buying experience in a number of years. I would definitely recommend them to anyone buying a car in the near future.
