The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints

This is a great church where families and individuals can worship together. The leader of the congregation really cares about each person. Everyone is friendly and welcoming!

This church has the fullness of Christ's gospel.

What a friendly place. People are kind and welcoming. I felt right at home and I felt the presence of the Holy Ghost.

I moved to Mountain House in early 2016. The closest chapel, on Chester Dr in Tracy, has been worth the drive. The building is nothing fancy, but the people have made it feel like a home. They were very welcoming and even helped my family unload my moving truck when we moved in. Similar to other LDS churches there is no paid clergy. To me that is a huge plus. Nearly everyone takes time from their busy schedules to lend a helping hand and to create a great Christ-centered Sunday Service and awesome programs for different youth ages.

I attend the Mountain House California ward. The people here are all very welcoming and loving. Lots of kids, too, so it's really fun. I have found very intelligent and open-minded people whose love for Jesus Christ and God is evident in their actions. I moved to Mountain House 2015 and have loved being a part of this ward. I was baptized into the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints in 1986 and it's the best life decision I've ever made, and this is one of the best wards I've lived in.
