Lowe's has particularly good selections of tools and the people working there can help you to an extraordinary level... Common Sense has to be used. If the store is in the middle of a very busy moment it will obviously be hard to get very much help in the middle of a cluster of activity. Similarly it is also sometimes hard to get help during store hours when clearly there are fewer personnel out on the floor often when they're dealing with stock issues and other things where they have to work together... It can actually be a very good common sense maneuver to simply call the store when you're planning to go and see if they're particularly busy at that time I would suggest that you call your local store and ask them and particular for that store when is the best time to come in to get the most help... For example if the person most trained in the paint department is out that day with a family problem and had to be at home and you want to tackle a complex painting issue you might want to change your plans timing and comment on a day that they're most trained personnel for a particular area will be in... Yes they cross train people but some people are just particularly more experienced in those areas and if you get to know your particular branch and who knows what best then you can focus on asking the right questions and getting the right help from the right people at the right time...

I would like to give a special recognition to Ryan the store manager in Spring Hill. Store #1605. I have not experienced such great customer service in a long time. He not only helped me find the product I was looking for but he got the ladder got it down for me and actually walked me to customer service to help me return the product I got by mistake the day before. While he was helping me with great customer service he managed to help two other customers on the way. DON’T LET THIS EMPLOYEE GET AWAY, TAKE CARE IF HIM, HARD TO FIND.

I do enjoy shopping here. Wish the plant department was less pricey. They do have a good selection of plants, I would like to see more trees , especially fruit trees and better prices on those as well. Walmart sometimes has better deals, and I've gotten better deals on fruit trees at tractor supply. Price shop for sure.

Lowe's is always a pleasure to shop at. The staff is always pleasant and always happy to help you find what you need. If you're a veteran, they homie you wit a 10% discount. Would not at any other hardware and home store.
