I arrived on a Sunday night, Mothers Day, the Arbutus location is open 24/7, very convenient for those of us who have busy schedules.

The staff was professional and kind. The process was easy. I highly recommend

Office staff was polite & clear in their instructions. Doctor Mosley was kind & informative. Physical therapist was focused and efficient though she had 2 other patients to instruct besides me. She provided me with take home instructions & scheduled me with appointments convenient to my schedule.

I was greeted with welcoming smiles as soon as I walked into the facility. The staff were pleasant and friendly. I felt relaxed and comfortable in their care.

The tech/nurse that took me back for vitals and me seeing & hearing test was awesome. She was very respectful and helpful with everything I needed or asked. The gentleman/receptionist that helped me up front was also very respectful and helpful with explaining what all the paperwork was for and what I needed to fill out. The Dr was a little confused about what type of exam/physical I was having done but he was able to figure it out pretty quickly. He gave me paperwork I need to get filled out and brought back and then everything will be completed. I have never been to a concentra before.

First of all, the parking is great. The staff was polite and professional. I didn't have to wait a long time for my return visit. The nurse or tech was very nice and helpful. The doctor was caring and thoughtful. I'm grateful for a place like this where I can get help for my injury and learn how to take care of it. Thanks for your expertise!
