Joana at the brow bar at Ulta was wonderful! I'm always so nervous to get my eyebrows waxed because a lady butchered my eyebrows in the past. I let Joana know about my bad experience and she made sure to take her time with me and in the end she did a great job and I'm very happy with my eyebrows!! To top it off she is so sweet and friendly and talked to me through the whole process. I will definitely go back, actually I already have my next appointment booked!

Joana was wonderful and went an extra mile for me, as she plucked my eyebrows, since I couldn't get them waxed. They turned out great and already haven't next appointment booked!!
