Nice friendly staff. Welcoming and warm. I went for oil change didnt like that my apt time was jus to hold a spot to get me in, not an actual apt for that time.
UPDATED REVIEW:
Receive much better service from the Service Manager Brian Keegan. He was very helpful and provided me with accurate and timely updates. Definitely a much better experience after working with Brian. He was very honest and transparent and most importantly he provided updates to me and called me as he promised. I appreciate Brian's efforts to get me back into my truck so quickly.
DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR FOR SERVICE HERE!!!!!! I've been a loyal Toyota customer for over 20 years and have owned 8 different Toyotas over the years. This has been the WORST experience. I purchased a 2022 Toyota Tundra 3 months ago (from another dealership) and brought in my truck for an oil change on a Saturday. The service advisor I was dealing with is Alejandro and I get a call a few hours later saying that there is an issue with the hub and bearing and that when they were rotating the tires the wheel was fitting too tight. They said they will have an engineer in on Monday to do the repair and give me a loaner car. Monday comes around and no update. I call on Tuesday and am told that all the parts are in but they're waiting on a new wheel that will be in on Friday. I text them on Friday and they say they are aiming for the end of the day. I call at 5pm and am told they need to finish up a coule items and get it cleared to release. I let him know I had plans for my son's birthday this weekend and needed my truck. He said that they will work on getting it ready by 9am on Saturday. I text them for an update at 10am and I get sent 4 pictures of a bunch of parts disassembled. I get a call saying that unfortunately there is an o-ring that needs to be replaced and they don't have a specific tool that is needed for the repair and that they will have to try to get a tool from another location or possibly order it and they won't know until Monday.
At this point I do not trust anything they are telling me and have no confidence in them. My gut is telling me they damaged my truck. Alejandro goes on to tell me that the new Tundras are having issues and that they've stopped production of the new vehicles because of it (not true). I requested the name and number for the Maintnence Director and he said he will text it to me, I guess he didn't think it was important enough to send immediately because I've been waiting over an hour for the text. I guess it's just a waiting game now.
