(October 20, 2018, 1:56 am)I've been going here for about a month and I love it. There are no class times which makes it super convenient to drop in when I have time. It's a 35 minute circuit that will challenge any fitness level. The trainers are skilled and friendly and helpful by modifying exercises if needed. They are on top of their game. Patrick is the best! You can try the first class free. Do it!
(June 24, 2017, 2:50 pm)Such an amazing place with an amazing staff. For a 35 minute session you get a GREAT work out and sweat your heart out. The staff does a great job in motivating you and pull you all the way through.
I'll most likely return a few times. Solid 10/10 from me.
