The tech came in and said because we had been loyal customers for over 25 years, that our system update would be free. I laughed and told him that nothing is free but he explained that our system was so antiquated (we had push buttons and the system wasn't sending a signal) that it's nice to have a truly digital system in which we can monitor remotely. I say yes to Bay Alarm”

Per their policy, the sign said but they were only allowing five customers at a time inside the store. it would have been easy to let more people in just for the sake of non-confrontationalism, but the employee actually stuck to his guns. He was nice about it yet firm. It's good to see somebody who follows procedures even if they believe in it or not. My kid was browsing, and even while there were people outside in line, he did not make us feel rushed at all.”
