The full body workouts are fun, intense and challenging, but can be modified for all levels. My cardio game has definitely improved, and I am doing things I never thought I could do. Workouts build strength, stamina and confidence. Also, sparked an interest in boxing, when I never thought twice about it. The coach is awesome, very knowledgeable, great energy, always encouraging, and just an all around good person. You will feel very comfortable at this gym. It is clean, spacious, and has good equipment. The members of this gym are of all sizes and ages, very friendly, and we all encourage each other. It's never to late in the game folks! “I like Jack Tone, it’s a pretty short course with lots of par 3s but it’s well maintained and there’s plenty of variation along the course. Has a couple longer holes you can open up on too. Staff is always great, range prices are solid, and the putting greens are great but chipless. Only time we’ve had trouble getting a cart was when my buddy did a reservation online which might be part of other peoples problems, they told us it’s best to just call in so that’s what I’d recommend”
