Dr Hipolito was fantastic! Very friendly, explained everything to me, very very helpful! As a flight attendant, it’s nice to have someone in my corner to help me when I’m sick!! Lovely front desk staff and fabulous nurse as well!!
Used the place first thing on a Monday morning. I was very pleased with the kindness of the staff and doctors. They followed up with me by phone diligently twice and were very thorough and friendly. Definitely a better experience than what was represented by some of the reviews.
Dr. Polussa is a total sweetie pie. Went to Immediate Care 9 days after smashing my thumb in a car door after speaking with Nurseline and determining my thumb was most likely infected. Dr. Polussa was gentle and thorough and had me on my way with a prescription for a super strong antibiotic after thoroughly disinfecting my thumb.
