Luke guided and helped us find the right car model, facilitated the procurement of the required documents, helped us get the best price of the car. And I can not forget Moe- the person who welcomed me and my wife at the lot. He is equally friendly and helpful and he led us to Luke -and the rest was history.

Really good experience with Putnam Kia a few days ago when we bought our new Telluride from them. We worked with Keith at the dealership who was perfect throughout the process. I literally walked in without an appointment in the middle of the week and he was very courteous and respectful. He showed me the car they had on the lot and let me do a short test drive as well. Over the next few weeks he was readily available to discuss the best pricing they could do for me and he tried his best to work with the management to find something that worked for us. When we agreed a deal he was very professional and ensured our car was fully detailed and updated before we picked it up. He walked us through all the features and followed up with us to ensure we didn't any any questions even after we went home.

We were also very impressed with John Wong in their finance dept who spent a lot of time helping us learn about how to think about paying for the car and he helped us find a really good finance deal even though we weren't looking for auto finance initially. John was incredibly knowledgeable about personal finance matters and he took the effort to talk to us about broader issues such as thinking about long term financial planning as well. Thank you John!!

There was absolutely zero pressure through the process and we were very impressed by the quality of the interaction with everyone at the dealership. My brother bought a Kia from them a few months ago as well and we will definitely (and happily) be recommending them to anyone looking to buy a vehicle!

Keith is absolutely AWESOME! He’s hardworking, honest, reliable, and very responsible. He gave us a super good deal! Honestly I shopped around in most of the Kia dealers in the Bay Area, this dealer has the most variety and the best price!!! Keith still answer my messages even outside his business hours. He explained the features of this car to me since this is my first EV. He answered all my questions and he’s very experienced! Toni in finance department is great too. He’s very efficient and experienced, he’s also very funny and gets things done like lightening! I highly recommend this dealership to everyone one, no need to shop in any other Kia dealer! I love my brand new EV6 GT line!

JOHN IS AMAZING!!! I was searching for the K5 GT Line and happened to call Putnam Kia. John answered the phone and Let me know he just got that car in today! I told him that I wasn’t able to make it til 6pm. I ended up not getting there til 6:30 and I know they close at 7. John didn’t rush the process at all even though they were super close to closing. He made sure I was happy with the car at the price I was comfortable with. I was in and out of the dealership within an hour. The dealership was just super friendly and I’ve never had that good of an experience getting a car. Toni, for financing was also super friendly!! Both of them made the purchasing great. I recommend to go here for buying/leasing a car! I LOVE MY KIA.

Great experience with Keith Chan, he was friendly, answered all my questions, and helped me get a good deal on my new Kia Soul. He even drove to my house to pick up the title for my trade in that I forgot to bring with me. He really went above and beyond, very happy with everything.
