Really enjoyed the generous corned beef sandwich. Great flavors with excellent swiss cheese and fresh, full-bodied rye bread. It was noticeably better flavor and quality than new restaurants on the Peninsula. Generous portions so I had to share with my wife. I leave other restaurants still hungry after eating their whole sandwich. Attentive service and they get the order right the first time.

Wow! Went for a lunch and was very impressed! Our waitress was super nice, the restaurant was very clean, and the food was exceptional! Both the 8oz cheeseburger and Philly cheesesteak were phenomena! We will definitely be back again on the next trip traveling though San Fran.

Fairly decent place. Although they do open a little bit later. I got there around 9:50 or so and I had to wait like until 11:00 a.m. till they opened in the parking lot. Kind of disappointed a little bit because of that. They could have at least offered me a table so I could do my computer work at the table before they opened. I would also recommend that they at least serve coffee if they don't serve anything else in the morning. I was looking for a seat with a outlet so I can plug my laptop in. They did help me find a seat with those requirements which was a plus. They do have restrooms freely available and plenty of seating. The menu is a bit small. They don't really have any kind of breakfast menu at all. This is more of a sandwich or burger place. Be there for lunch or dinner. Ample condiments though, they all come in caddies. The waiters usually come around to pour you extra coffee. I will say that the food is pretty good. I ordered a burger medium with fries. This is one of the only places that does Frie's right. The vegetables were pretty fresh on the burger. The meat was cooked correctly. Can't really say anything bad about the food at all. The cost is what you expect, slightly more premium than McDonald's, but cheaper than other comparable places. I would say this place met my expectations but did not exactly wow me. That being said, I would probably come here again for lunch next time I'm in the area.

This is a great place to meet in mid peninsula when people have to get back quickly after lunch. Good deli style food at its best. Generous portions, friendly staff. Lots of patrons from nearby hotels but still all very comfortable.

Food was great..came first night for just drinks bartender was so great we came back the next night for dinner. Had a live band and people dancing everywhere. Same bartender was there and he was just as nice as our first night. Dessert was delicious had the carrot cake and it was so good. Recommend this place.

I have been going to this location for several years and have seen various different waxers, but the one you MUST see is Diana!!
Sometimes I will go a few months without an appointment and every time I come back, Diana remembers me and the exact conversation we had a few months prior, and picks things up where we left off.
She provides a comfortable, clean experience that it not rushed at all, she really takes her time.
One of my favorite things about her is that she does not pressure you into buying products! She informs you of all the products the store has to offer without making you feel like you HAVE to buy them. I find the buy products more when I feel less pressured to buy them.

Ive been a customer at this location since they opened about 8 years ago when I was a senior in high school. Most of the waxers here are excellent. However my biggest issue with this brand especially this location is the pushiness and bullying tactics they use to force customers to buy from them. This is clearly a training issue and as someone who has worked in sales I appreciate the hustle and emphasis on selling but I don't appreciate being talked down to for not wanting to spend $700 on a package when I just bought a $200 one last month or not wanting to buy more overpriced products that don't help my ingrowns.

Courtney is absolutely the best. I have been to many other locations and waxing specialists but never had such a great experience. I have been going to her for the past 2.5 years. Courtney is very thorough which is something you don't get with every waxing specialist. At the same time, she is also quick and her treatments are painless. A true professional and a very pleasant person too. She also knows the products very well and what works for each individual. Others will just sell the same product to everyone without taking into consideration the skin condition and issues. I highly recommend Courtney.
