  The absolute best! Jon is awesome! From the moment I got into contact with him the ball finally started rolling for my step dads leg. From the beginning Jon explained the whole process, provided me all the details and followed up with me right away with no delay. He always kept me updated even if it was just to say he was waiting on a response himself. He communicated with me everything I needed to know. I had more communication and more answers/information from him on the first day than I had with the hospital in 4 months!
  It’s an unfortunate situation but Jon was extremely helpful!

  Insula Prosthetics is the best company out there. John the owner is the best guy out there. He's so knowledgeable of what he's doing and he's passionate about his job. Whatever he says he's going to do he does. He's always been on time to appointments which means a lot to me. My time is important as his and it shows. I would recommend this company to anybody that needs a prosthetic. I can't say enough good things about the company. His other clientele are just as passionate about their job. I have John make me a leg prosthetic and it is perfect.

  I came to Jon with a multitude of issues and urgent needs. Jon took over and helped to quickly resolve issues and also get me a much better leg than I would have gotten if I hadn’t met him. He is fast, professional, and very innovative!you won’t find better.

  I encountered some very difficult trails when I first became an amputee back in 2013, there was no sense of direction for me! Where do I go next from here, was a big question for me back then. I met I would call him my friend, but he’s actually family to me! I’ve been with Jon for 7 years now been through thick and thin, at Times it’s gotten a little hairy a long the way, but Jon has always been there for me with all his heart and a true dedication and sense of responsibility to my needs! Always doing the best he could possibly do, to ensure my safety and comfort with all my Prostesis and always looking how to improve my abilities and performance with nothing but the best equipment available out there for us amputees. I’m also a volunteer Peer Visitor for the Amputee Coalition of America and I visit other amputees in almost all the hospitals in the Bay Area and San Mateo county, and so being an amputee myself I would only want the best for other amputees because I know how hard it can be, in choosing just a prosthetics place, where no one really cares except to give you just a leg and get you on your way. But with Jon he genuinely cares about each person individually according to each ones needs, he really takes it seriously like if it was himself. I wouldn’t recommend anyone else to anyone, Jon has time and time again proven himself to be one of the best out there! I’ve tried other Prostesis places in my first year of being an amputee to no good avail...! But I can now say with all my heart I’ve come home, a true home! Thanks Jon God Bless You! FAMILY!!!
