Ray is the man. Flew in from Atlanta with my bike for a weekend of mountain biking with my buddy after some business and had some issues with the bike after flying with it and reassembling at the hotel. Took it to Ray on our way to our first trail of the weekend with fingers crossed and he got me back up and running and was very helpful explaining what the issues were so hopefully I can prevent it next time. Saved the weekend!

ray is the man! i came in with a very difficult issue; my chain kept falling off for no apparent reason. ray took the problem on as a challenge and he was like a hound dog with a bone; he would not let go. he kept trying to come up with a solution over a period of days working on it when he had time between other jobs. finally came up with a beautiful solution. twas mcgyveresque, involving various parts lying around which he repurposed. i will never take my bike or future bikes anywhere else. treated my problem like it was his and that is exceedingly rare. most shops would never have taken the time to figure it out. ray is a gem of a bike mechanic w 26 yrs of experience. check him out...!!!

Had an excellent experience here! Roy fixed my issue with the bike super quickly, explained what has been causing it and recommended a long term solution. He was also super friendly and even helped me with some navigation around the campus.

I brought in a 2015 S-Works crux and he overhauled the whole thing. My bike has never worked as well as it does right now.
