I had a very positive experience at this dealership. Chris in sales was very low pressure, friendly, informative and professional.He actually made the experience fun! Don, the manager was also friendly and helpful, as was Arse in the finance department. I had an unusually easy transaction here and will definitely give them my business in the future.

Serramonte Subaru completed a service on my car that was top notch. It was a bit confusing because of the pandemic and not having very many miles on a 2018 cross trek. My service advisor Joey Perez was excellent with his knowledge and guidance regarding the appropriate service needed.
Because I plan to use the car far more than I have over the last few years I agreed and wanted a full vehicle check with changes of fluids etc.
From making an appointment to picking up my car everything went smoothly. Everyone I met was courteous and helpful.
The cost seemed a bit high but it was beyond warranty so there was that.

It was easy confirming an appointment online and when I got there I was processed quickly and efficiently by their intake team before a service advisor took over. I told him why I had brought the car in to be serviced and he provided me with options. I chose what I wanted done on my 2016 Subaru Legacy and was told the car would be ready in six hours if not sooner. They had an excellent shuttle service: I asked to be taken to the balboa park BART Station. My car was ready at around the time promised. When I was dropped off there by my spouse, the service crew was almost done, but the wait was no problem because they have a comfortable and airy waiting area. So many service dept waiting areas are claustrophobic but theirs was expansive and so comfortable. When the car was ready the service advisor walked me through the work done and invoice. Satisfied, I paid at the cashier counter (very quick) and went to my car which was parked just outside the doors. It had been car-washed because I had brought in a coupon from their regular mailings. The car looked and functioned well. I had a great experience with Subaru Serramonte and would highly recommend them. They are professional, courteous, and know their stuff!!
