(April 26, 2021, 7:59 pm)My wife surprised me with a first timers session with Alicia (sorry if I spelt that wrong). She was great! So helpful and clear with her instructions. She made helpful recommendations during the hour session as did 2 gentleman who rented lanes for personal practice. It was a great experience and we absolutely cannot wait to go back soon!
(December 4, 2019, 5:39 pm)Had an issue with my Hoyt bow string that failed after 5 months at 400 to 500 shots. Rudy was able to contact Hoyt, Hoyt replaced the string NC and Pacifica Archery re set up my bow NC. I was very impressed with the level of service I received thank you all.
