“I had an annual physical with a new family doctor who has reviewed my medical records for the past 33 years and list of prescriptions thoroughly. As for the prescriptions, she suggested some new ones which are more effective and safer to replace the ones I have been taking for years. She then ordered several lab tests, and made referrals for necessary specialists who contacted me immediately for appointments. Coming from a year of not-so-desirable experience with Palo Alto Daly City clinic, Shutter Health, with a great difficulty for coordination, this is like a breathing fresh air after a long hibernation. Medical records are read and transferred like a snap of fingers by Dr. V (Vishnevskaya) who spend own time to go through a vast information and took a necessary step right away. My wife and I feel we have found a right match, leaving all my medical concern to properly trained and caring professionals. Keep up with your excellent service! (An update) I have seen my family doctor, Dr. V, for an additional consultation, and was impressed how much emphasis is given for my wellbeing. She send you follow up messages after each visits immediately with an explanation. In addition, the medical assistant assigned to her, Mariko, has been excellent for any additional coordination needed.”
