Dr. Joe is a miracle worker. I had been in pain for three years. I had seen doctors at UCSF and Stanford however none of them were able to help me or make any connection as to why I was in pain or how to help me other than to prescribe medications that somewhat work some of the time but gave me horrendous side effects. The first time I saw Dr. Joe I gave him a brief run down of my symptoms and immediately he had an idea of how to help me. When I walked in to Dr. Joe's office I could barely walk and I was in so much pain, I walked out feeling literally 80% better after the first adjustment. Dr. Joe's care, concern and dedication to see me better has been life changing. His office staff are just as amazing as he is. I highly recommend Dr. Joe and everyone at SHFT. Great people, from the operations folks at the door to the massage therapists (Austin!) to the chiros (Dr. Allen!). Their approach is to pair massage with chiropractics with physical therapy. They communicate well between all those treatments and have helped relieve and strengthen my upper back. Highly recommend!

Dr. Joe is a master with his hands! Not only is he great at getting to the root of what's going on, he has so many additional certifications in movement that allow him to uniquely assess and fix just about anything wrong with these patterns. I love the different tools they have in the office and the whole staff is great!
