Swell Yoga

I really love the classes at Swell!
The instructors are kind and very helpful!
Both Sasha and Amber are lovely and helpful instructors.
They are very experienced and knowledgeable.
The classes are fun and Interesting and I feel uplifted physically and mentally after class.
The view of the ocean isnt bad either😀

I have practiced yoga at many studios across the country and this beautiful space (with such amazing teachers) offers more than you can imagine. Maria, the owner, opened this studio during such a challenging year and has successfully created a safe place for anyone, at any level, to come and bring their breath to the mat. The studio offers such a variety of classes from hot yoga, vinyasa, yin, barre, meditation and more! So anyone looking to find a supporting community, a personal pause from life’s chaos and/or explore something new, this is the place to be. I am grateful for this studio! Oh and the views from the El Granada location are breathtaking, whether it’s a sunrise, sunset, or fog over the harbor view!

I went to Swell Yoga when I was visiting from out of town and loved the class I took. Maria was so welcoming, and the studio was very clean. I typically take vinyasa style classes, but the hot yoga class I took was well cued and Maria led a great practice. If I am ever back in town, I will definitely go back!

I absolutely love swell yoga. The room itself is spacious, minimalistic, and well set with candles, and bulb lights. The environment is more than welcoming - but encouraging. Not to mention all of the teachers' ability to communicate, demonstrate, and motivate their students - the professionalism at this business is top tier. I have enjoyed every single class I have taken and am so excited to try more. If I were to describe this place in three words it would be relaxing, peaceful, and quality. I have yet to come across another yoga studio as amazing as this one. I recommend this studio to everyone. :)
