Terrific spot that feels like home - rooms with natural wood and fiber, good food, warm and helpful service people (like Kuki at the front desk). Great stay.

My family and I had to go to a hotel due to a power outage in our house and a massive heat wave that we had in the Bay Area, we called and we had a room within 2 min ready for us an the all family with a crib and even a bed for our dog!

We got in to the hotel the staff took care of us in such a great way, helped with the car, the kids, the dog and were just amazing!

The hotel is super clear and everyone follow the safety guidelines of wearing masks and sanitizing hand.

The power came back at around 5pm so we called to let the staff know we won't stay the night and without even asking they decided to adjust the nightly price for us, we didn't expect / ask anything of that sort and they were just super helpful and understanding of the situation.

I highly recommend the hotel to anyone who is looking to stay in a clean and great hotel!

My name is Franck Joly. I have been staying in pretty much most of the surrounding hotels and the amenities and services are standing well above any other hotels I have experienced.
The hotel manager Daniel is extremely friendly and very resourceful at meeting any special needs.
Their services are impeccable! Lina and Alan are so efficient and so pleasant.
I was just after Covid pandemic and was so impressed with the safety precautions they have put into place to prevent any risk of contamination.
The rooms are being fully sanitized and disinfected in between visitors for at least 48 hours.
I felt very safe!
Definitely a must stay in this area!
Also being French, I will give 5 star to the food!!
