No Limits Cryotherapy

Cool experience!

Recommend by my Yelp friend 'Ash K.' I decided to treat my youngest son and myself to a Cryotherapy treatment.
"NO LIMIT CRYOTHERAPY"
Located in Menlo Park, Ca and half off pricing for first timers, I found myself in boxer shorts in a stand up bed engulfed in sub zero temperatures.
Such an awesome feeling with even better results!
I felt more relaxed, better blood flow, aches and pains diminished and an all around content feeling.
Instructor and owner Johnny Jennings was super friendly and professional. I will definitely return and highly recommend Cryotherapy treatment.

Not completely convinced it is useful to me. But place very clean, and they are very nice

I'm sure different people will get different results, but for me, cryo has markedly improved some long-term hip inflammation. Less pain, more mobility. Also I get a cool and somewhat paradoxical feeling of relaxed and focused after three minutes in the chamber.

As for the place, Johnny is great--friendly, professional, and attentive. I'll confess that having heard a few scare stories, I was a bit nervous about the idea of stepping into a chamber that's 250 below zero. But having done it dozens of times now, I'm pretty sure any problems would have to be the result of massive human error.

Definitely recommend this for anyone suffering any kind of chronic pain--I'd say your worst case is that it won't help. But if you're like me, it might help a lot.
