Small plates are great if you have a few folk to share with. Everything is flavorful and beautifully presented. “Montara is a lovely beach with great surf. There were plenty of people there but it wasn't too crowded. It allows dogs and although you're not supposed to let them off leash everyone was cool about it as long as the dog isn't aggressive and you clean up after them. We did find one syringe (it looked like insulin) but otherwise the beach was pretty clean.”
