We have had many plumbers come out and deal with our "very old" drain pipe when it gets clogged and NO ONE took the time to actually trouble shoot the issue and provide a solution. Kyle and Lazaro are a great team. They listened to our concerns and gave great feedback at every stage. I would highly recommend this team/company to really help you. They did a fabulous job! Had the hot water heater go out and need it replaced immediately. I originally called discount plumber who gave me a quote of $4000 to replace the water heater , home depot gave me a quote for $2200 but couldn't replace it for 2 day , a local plumber quoted me $1900 but couldn't replaced it for 3 day and wouldn't remove the old heater. I finally called works plumbing they sent someone out to give me a quote and originally quoted me $3200 but when I told them about the other cheaper quotes they worked with me on the price and were able to almost meet home depot price and they had the water heater replaced same day. Workers were super friendly and got the job done quickly. Highly recommended
