(October 29, 2018, 12:30 am)Finally a restaurant worth frequenting in Pacifica! Good Izakaya (Japanese Tapas) and a great selection of freah Sashimi/sushi for a izakaya restaurant. Also a good selection of Sakes and Beers.
(October 18, 2018, 10:13 pm)I've eaten here twice and both meals were very good. The first night I had the Hamachi Carpacio and I must say it was a perfect blend of tastes that really worked. I had two orders of sushi, the bluefin tuna and one of the belly cuts. This is not sushi as is usually presented in the U.S., but, instead presented as a finished dish in itself with the intended flavors already added and no need to add soy sauce or horseradish. Very good. The next time I had the tonaku (spelling?) ramen and oh my it was really awesome. Everything blended so well and it was extremely tasty. Definitely recommended.
(October 11, 2018, 12:00 am)Hidden gem, think Japanese tapas restaurant. Fantastic service and excellent food. The chef personally served several dishes to us on the house. Incredibly well prepared sashimi and quality fish. A little pricey, but they also have 'happy hours' in the early evening and from 9-10pm with great deals on the food.
