We got a puppy three years ago and have visited many pet stores. We highly recommend this Pet Food Express! They have the best customer service and most knowledgeable employees, and our pup loves to visit and get treats. We especially love the Buy 3/Get 1 Free deals on their amazing selection of products!

The self wash your dog facilities is great. All the towels for you and a variety of shampoos to use as well as conditioners. The
"Tie up to the wall" latches are a huge help to keep your dog safe and to not have the option to jump out and hurt themselves.

Great store, friendly staff, let me shop a couple minutes after close once and we're super chill about it, so much better experience than what I expected

The service here is unmatched. Brandon is absolutely amazing. He is attentive, kind, knowledgeable, and truly puts clients first. I was so impressed by the level of customer service at this store. Highly recommend this location and I can’t give enough high praises to Brandon, he is truly awesome!!

The other day, I went in to get extra things for a sick cat. Once the staff learned why, they walked me through the store, pointing out all of the things they thought might be helpful and useful. They were genuinely very caring and helpful, and went above & beyond.

Excellent service! I'm giving 4 stars because, as a company, PetFoodExpress has stopped carrying a few foods that my cats have liked, necessitating the need to find it elsewhere. It's hard to switch foods with finicky cats!! I still go in for everything else, because of this store's excellent service.
