So initially I thought I would get the same response from this shop because they have some AMAZING pieces, (look at their website and you'll see) but it was quite the opposite! All their 4 star reviews goes to show, if you bring in the smallest jewelry repair or your shopping for a huge rock, you will get treated with great customer service. “This was a very nice shopping mall in Redwood City California. We were in Northern California in Silicon Valley and we stopped there for a few items. We had plans to eat at a restaurant there called Max's but it was closed. They had many many shops with the very nice fairly high-end merchandis with a few places to eat as well . It was a pleasant looking Shopping Center and it was one I would return to. The parking lot was extremely clean. I would recommend checking it out if you're up in Redwood City.”
