Great company, they really take care of their customers especially the regulars. I've picked up locally and have had stuff shipped when I know I won't be able to go myself, both ways are great experiences. They don't just have good customer service for a hobby shop but the best from any company I've dealt with.

I've ordered online from here multiple times. Great selection and they are very quick to fullfill orders even during the holidays. All orders have been well packaged to prevent damage. I would highly recommend this shop for your gunpla needs.

I love this place so much, it’s a shame that the economy right now forced them to change the free shipping price but I don’t care. This place has fast shipping and processing orders is also fast. I wish that the mg Thunderbolt kits would get back in stock soon but knowing Bandai that won’t be until like mid 2023. They restock frequently and get new items that I’ve been looking for. If I could be honest, I wish this site was less popular so that items wouldn’t go out of stock as fast. I know that as soon as the Rg god gundam is in stock here, it’ll be gone within 10 minutes. Their prices are retail unlike some places, this is really nice since I never feel like I’m overpaying for a hg (looking at Amazon). Overall this place is awesome, and the staff is helpful.

I was in awe and shed a tear: This is the closest to Gundam nirvana that can be achieved without going to Akihabara or any Yodobashi camera in Japan. A huge warehouse of mostly plastic model Gundam kits. The prices are what you might expect from import stores. However the selection is amazing. Almost every master grade, perfect grade, RH, high grade etc mobile suit in stock, even special editions (clear ver, etc). Some related merchandise like Evangelion and Mazinger is in stock, but far and away this is a gundam plamo warehouse/store. Of course, extra hobby bits are available: decals, paints, nippers/clippers, markers, etc.
