  Really good excercise but too expensive with not enogh showers and lockers.

  I love, love, love this workout. It's killer, but you can easily customize it to be as hard or as easy as you'd like. It's different every single time so I never get bored. The instructors are encouraging and the music is fun and energetic.

  I love the structure and design of each workout individually and as part of a larger program. I love that I can briefly socialize if I am feeling up to it, but that I never have to talk to anyone and can just come in and work out without feeling rude or pressured to chat. I love the feedback from the HRM to show me if I'm really pushing myself, and most of all, I love the results.
