Victor was really helpful. Had a busted Pixel 3, and unfortunately he explained to me that Google locks their phones down to prevent third party repairs. But he referred me to an official Google vendor that could carry out the repair. He was really friendly, professional, and knowledgeable, and I would definitely return in the future if I break a different brand of device.
