Hotel 1550

The hotel was above and beyond. We were greeted with friendly front desk staff who allowed us to leave our bags before check in while we explored San Francisco. At check in we were again greeted with kindness and welcoming and a complimentary wine. What a treat at the end of the day. Highly recommend this hotel. Super comfortable and extremely clean. A+.

Room, beds and bathroom were comfortable and met expectations. Shades & AC were fine. Parking was ample. Location is good for airport and airport parking access. Coffee, tea and snacks in the lobby was a nice surprise. WiFi speed and access was unacceptably slow and spotty. This needs to be corrected. A Loud noise from a 4:00 AM garbage pickup (Thursday) was so loud it woke us up and we couldn’t get back to sleep.

We had to fly in a stay one night to be ready for a king international flight and this hotel served its purpose. If you need a quiet hotel that is affordable with a great location to the airport this place is for you. Offering a free airport shuttle and simple breakfast. Although it’s outdated and the rooms are a bit rundown it’s clean and the staff is friendly.

Customer service was great. Responded quickly when our flight got delayed. Breakfast was good. Location was ok, I’m not familiar with the area but it was safe. Location is on a busy street so if you are a light sleeper make sure to get a room that’s not facing the street. Overall good and cute place!

Excellent customer service! From the shuttle bus driver to the morning and afternoon representatives at the front desk all displayed great customer service, very accommodating and helpful. Great location to stay; lots of eating options, supermarkets and pharmacies. The hotel is immaculately cleaned and well maintained. The rooms were comfortable and clean. I had a room right on the busy road to which the hotel is located and once you close both window panels the room is so soundproof; had a relaxing nights rest. Will stay here again for sure.
