  I've been renting units from this location for years. At one time I had as many as three units and had way too much junk! Over the time, I've gotten to know Vicky and Stephanie, the girls who work here. They are always kind and recognize me with a smile and a friendly conversation. I always feel like they keep a good eye on the property and that if I need anything, they can help. I've rented elsewhere and I can say that I am always happy here.

  Really love Stephanie and Vicky — outstanding managers who connect with their customers (by name!) and have their best interests at heart. Excellent!!

  Great service. Andy walked us around and took the time to show us the different units and helped us decide which would work best. By the time we were ready to rent a unit I made the appointment online and was almost instantly called to confirm. I had mistakenly booked at the wrong location but Vicky helped me find the new location. Once there Stephanie, went above and beyond to further show us units at the new location and was super helpful with advising us on how to store our items. I was presently surprised to get great customer service.

  Stephanie and Vicky were amazing. Very professional and helpful. Stephanie walked me to my unit and had a lock with her, she made the process seamless! We will always keep our stuff here!

  The people who work here are so helpful and generous! Especially Stephanie, Damian and Vicki! Between the two facilities in Belmont and San Carlos they were working with me on pricing to make sure I got the best unit for the best price. They all truly care about their customers!
